About Me

I’m Halimah Athoon, a passionate and detail-oriented graphic designer based in Chennai, India. With a background in Journalism and Mass Communication from Fatima College, Madurai, I bring strong storytelling skills into my visual work to create designs that are not only beautiful but meaningful.

I have over a year of hands-on experience in the creative industry, having worked with a range of organizations including ZUNTRA Digital, Spids Indiaa, La Forêt Education, Aakro Development, UFX Digital Studio, and PI RSQUARE. Through internships and freelance roles, I’ve developed visual content for branding, print media, social campaigns, motion graphics, and video production.

My toolset includes Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, and Figma. I enjoy combining my technical skills with creativity to develop solutions that meet both aesthetic and strategic needs.

I’m a strong believer in lifelong learning and constantly explore new design trends, tools, and techniques to stay ahead in the industry. Fluent in English and Tamil, I’m comfortable working in diverse teams and love collaborating with other creatives to bring ideas to life. Design, to me, is about solving problems, telling stories, and making a lasting impact.
